Role

Join our dedicated team in a global specialty metals distribution company, specializing in precision rerolled thin gauge stainless steel. As a Production Associate (also known as Annealing Line Operator, Materials Handler), you'll operate the Annealing Line, manage ERP system entries, perform tolerance checks, operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and pallet jacks, and assist in training new team members. You'll also contribute to packing materials, loading/unloading trucks, light maintenance, and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, and preferably Annealing or CNC.
