Role

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (also known as Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work with schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, maintain industrial control systems, and collaborate with team members to ensure equipment uptime and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a manufacturing-related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in using shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred.
