Role
As an Engineering Technician (also known as Plant Technician, Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for performing diagnostic visits on production lines, participating in annual line rebuilds/overhauls, and providing support to manufacturing facilities. You'll also assist in training and evaluating other Engineering Technicians, and contribute to the development of training modules.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required, Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years of experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PLC Programming, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
