Role

As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as CNC Grinder, CNC Technician), you'll work in a dynamic, high-speed environment, operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipment. Your role will include pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup, maintaining high quality production, and regular housekeeping for a professional work environment. You'll also communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous, efficient production.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC operations, particularly grinding.
• Ability to design cutting tools and program CNC tool grinders.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and shop math skills.
• Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), and CNC Grinder.
