Role

As an Industrial Electrician (also known as Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician), you'll be responsible for electrical repairs, troubleshooting electrical problems, and maintaining equipment. You'll work with A.C. and D.C. drives, PLC (programmable logic controllers), and basic motor control circuits. Additionally, you'll use your mechanical skills to clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment, and use technical data and mechanical prints to repair and install equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-year Industrial Electrical Degree or 1-2 years’ equivalent experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to operate forklift and high-lift equipment, welding (preferred).
• Strong mechanical ability and aptitude with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical knowledge.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, PLC troubleshooting skills, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
