Role
As a Tooling Specialist (also known as Mold Maker, Tooling Technician), you'll ensure the efficient production of high-quality tooling, coordinate with various departments, and direct problem-solving efforts. You'll also work closely with the Tooling Supervisor and mold designer to plan and execute tool builds, and stay updated on technological advancements in the field.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years experience in mold building.
- Proficiency in CAD, NC programming, manual milling, grinding, turning, CNC, and EDM.
- Experience with manual machining skills and CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience with Bridgeport, lathe, and surface grinder is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen.
