Role

As a Retail Store Sales Associate (also known as Customer Service Representative, Sales Assistant), you'll be the face of our store, providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with our customers. You'll assist with all paint-related needs, including placing orders, answering product and color queries, and recommending additional products. You'll also be responsible for mixing, tinting, and matching paint to customer requests, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked, and processing orders and payments.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime. Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
