Role
Join our team as a Master Machinist (also known as CNC Machinist, Machine Specialist), where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of CNC machines, performing manual machining tasks, and ensuring precision in machining processes. You'll also be tasked with reading blueprints, setting up machines for production runs, and troubleshooting CNC machines to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Master Machinist or similar role.
- Expertise in operating CNC machines including grinders, lathes, mills, routers, Swiss lathes, wire bending machines, etc.
- Proficient in using calipers and micrometers for precision measurements.
- Experience with ERP software for production tracking and management.
- Strong knowledge of manual machining techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with CAM software for CNC programming.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in deburring and die attach/bonding.
- Excellent shop math skills for calculations and measurements.
- Proven troubleshooting abilities for CNC machines.
- Background in tool/die/mold setup.
