Role
As a Tooling Specialist (also known as Mold Maker, Tooling Technician), you'll be responsible for the efficient production of high-quality tooling, coordinating with various departments such as CNC, design and EDM. You'll also be involved in problem-solving, directing peers towards common goals, and working with the Tooling Supervisor and mold designer to determine the best approach for tool build.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years experience in mold building.
- Proficiency in CAD, NC programming, manual milling, grinding, turning, CNC and EDM.
- Experience with manual machining skills and CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to work unsupervised or in a team setting.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with Bridgeport, lathe, and surface grinder is a plus.
- Must be a US citizen.
