Role

As a Production Associate (also known as Assembly Operator, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be involved in various production areas including machine operation, assembly, brazing, welding, and crating. You'll utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications, perform necessary repairs/reworks on defective welds, and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED / Certificate.
• Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints, operate machinery and tools, and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Manufacturing experience and/or associate degree in Welding preferred.
