Role

As a Process Technician (also known as Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up, starting up, and troubleshooting our products in our manufacturing plant. You'll maintain the photovoltaic module recipe, monitor the implementation of protocols and standard operating procedures, and participate in the improvement and preparation of documentation. You'll also train junior production personnel and support material supplier qualification, material inspection, and testing when needed.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical) combined with relevant work experience is preferred.
• 1+ years' experience as a technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment (experience in the photovoltaic industry preferred).
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical components.
