Role

As a Die Cutting Operator (also known as Die Cutting Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be at the helm of advanced die cutting machines, managing setup, routine inspections, maintenance, and quality of output. You'll work closely with your team to meet daily production goals and mentor your Die Cutting Assistant. You'll essentially be the entrepreneur of your die cutting press.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. An Associate’s Degree or 4 years of experience in a similar role will make you stand out.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, collaborate on daily schedules, and accept and grow from feedback.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs, manual machining skills, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills, and basic computer skills.
