Role

As a Press Operator (also known as Machine Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for running multiple presses with multiple cavity molds, reading and understanding process sheets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control. You'll also be expected to maintain safety standards, interact with other team members, and strive for efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience preferred.
• Solid work history required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to read, understand and execute work instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for 70% of the time, walk for 30% of the time, and lift tubs of rubber (up to 20 pounds) continuously throughout the shift.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, packaging, and excellent communication skills.
