Role

As a Mobile Equipment Technician (also known as Equipment Operator, Diesel Mechanic), you'll diagnose and repair malfunctions in equipment, perform preventive maintenance on engines and hydraulic systems, operate various mobile equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed. You'll also participate in safety programs and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with hydraulic systems, mechanical and electronic engines, mobile equipment, and vehicles.
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and routine tasks efficiently, correctly, and safely.
• Must provide own tools and have basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred. Vocational School or previous Diesel Mechanic experience a plus.
