Role

As a Furnace/Melt Operator (also known as Casting Operator, Melting Technician), you'll be responsible for delivering aluminum to the casting floor at the right temperature and specifications. You'll also clean and maintain melting and holding furnaces, operate related equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in comprehensive English.
• Electrical, mechanical, problem-solving, and computer skills preferred.
• Forklift and crane certification or ability to pass the certification.
