Role

As a CNC Swiss Set Up Machinist (also known as CNC Swiss Turning Center Operator, CNC Swiss Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Swiss Turning Centers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of your work area and equipment. You'll also be involved in regular change-overs and setups.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the basic machine functions of CNC Swiss Turning Centers and proficiency in production setups.
• Ability to read blueprints and work from drawings and routings.
• Experience with using basic and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to lift, bend, and use handheld equipment, and work with lubricants, cutting fluids, and coolants.
• Highly motivated with a high standard of work, comfortable being coached, and able to understand and effectively communicate technical information.
