Role

As a Construction Superintendent (also known as Site Supervisor, Project Superintendent), you'll oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include reading blueprints, managing on-site projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control, maintaining job-site housekeeping, and communicating effectively with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. You'll also be responsible for safety program compliance and scope of work verification of subcontractors.
