Role

As a Programmer (CAD) for the 2nd shift, also known as CNC Programmer or CAD Technician, you'll design and enhance processes with CNC programming to boost efficiency and quality of production. Key responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating prints for production methods, programming of CNC machines, reading technical drawings, using computer software to model cutting paths, and troubleshooting machine issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma. Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and parts programming.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, blueprint reading, troubleshooting CNC machines, and CAD software.
