Role

As a Service Technician (also known as HVAC Technician, Electrical Troubleshooter), you'll install and service heating and cooling units, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves traveling to multiple job sites, working at heights, and handling special equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience and/or training in HVAC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean record of traffic violations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in quality inspection and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Knowledge of potable water systems, hydronics and air distribution systems of cooling and heating systems.
• Ability to read and decipher schematic drawings.
