Role
As a Health Services Medical Assistant (also known as Occupational Health Clinic Assistant), you'll provide direct patient care under the supervision of a medical provider in accordance with state regulations. Your daily responsibilities will include administering injections, conducting screening tests, acquiring laboratory specimens, assisting with patient visits, and performing other patient care-related tasks. Additionally, you'll assist with administrative functions such as scheduling patient appointments, maintaining quality logs, OSHA Forms, patient records, and managing supplies. You'll also facilitate clear communication of employees' work status with key organizational partners.
