Role

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, CNC Operator), you'll be responsible for loading and unloading equipment, ensuring the machine is functioning correctly, and maintaining the quality of the product. Your duties will also include accurately measuring and cutting goods, manufacturing products with tight tolerances, and interpreting basic technical drawings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with algebraic skills.
• Quality control and safety requirements are fundamental.
• Mechanical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in G-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, Blueprint Reading, Machine Safety Inspections, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance, twist, bend, reach, carry, stand up to 8 hours, see clearly in close proximity, and judge depth and distance.
• Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Haas).
