Role

As a Field Service Technician (also known as Field Operations Specialist, Field Maintenance Technician), you will be a key part of a dynamic team, providing valuable input towards assessing and implementing departmental goals. You will be responsible for conducting customer service visits, documentation, day-to-day repair, and preventative maintenance for various transit agencies and clients. You will identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, work with manufacturers, or field personnel as necessary to procure replacement parts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required, AS degree; A+ certification preferred.
• 2-4 years technical experience required.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, business principles involved in strategic planning, repair techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
