As a People Leader in Food Manufacturing (also known as Operations Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll be responsible for leading a team in a food manufacturing environment. Your role includes ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives. You'll provide clear direction, leadership, and support to your team through empowerment, coaching, and on-the-job assignments. You'll also collaborate with other supervisors and cross-functional teams to coordinate operations and activities.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in a related, business or technical field such as food science, operations management, or engineering OR equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a production, operations management or supervision role, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Leadership and people management skills.
