Role

As a Manufacturing Operator (also known as Production Technician, Industrial Machinery Operator), you'll operate and maintain assigned machinery, keep detailed records of daily production, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. You'll also communicate any repair and maintenance issues to the Operations Manager, and be committed to quality, housekeeping, and employee safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year production experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with packaging, using pallet jacks, ladders, and hand tools.
• Ability to work in an environment with temperature extremes and meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Basic understanding of Quality and Safety procedures, GMPs, and employee safety programs.
• High School diploma / GED.
