    Role

    As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Account Manager, Customer Support Specialist), you will manage customer accounts, provide product and service information, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction in an industrial distribution setting. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, quotes, and customer returns in line with company policies. You will also liaise with various departments such as sales, fabrication, credit, inventory control, and warehouse to meet customer needs.
