Role

As a Human Resources Coordinator (also known as HR Specialist, HR Assistant), you'll support all aspects of the human resources function for a leading plastics manufacturing plant. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You'll work closely with the Plant Manager to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the plant’s business objectives and promote a positive and productive work environment.
