As a Site Leader in Manufacturing (also known as Plant Manager, Factory Supervisor), you'll have overall responsibility for plant assets, personnel, and the achievement of plant-related business goals. You'll deliver business and administrative leadership to a work process-driven, reliable plant organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering/science disciplines.
• 10+ years of manufacturing plant experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing plant leadership experience.
