Role

As an Improvement Engineer (also known as Process Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer), you'll focus on process improvement projects that positively impact safety, cost, quality, reliability, and capability of business assets. You'll collaborate with technical teams, operations, reliability, corporate support functions, and engineering consultants to provide engineering support to the production department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5+ years experience in manufacturing, production or project engineering.
• Experience in leading improvement engineering projects within a manufacturing environment; understanding of continuous improvement processes.
