Role

As a Finishing Operator (also known as Grinder), you will be part of a dedicated team committed to producing high-quality coupler products. Your responsibilities will include positioning and inspecting castings, manually guiding grinders or chipping hammers along specified guidelines, verifying specifications of castings, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating jib crane, grinder, air hammer, and gauge.
• Knowledge of required specifications on castings.
• Experience in a similar or related job.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to function as a team member.
• Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and shop math skills.
