Role

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll have the opportunity to operate complex machinery, assist with setups, changeovers, and programming. You'll also be responsible for performing quality checks to ensure product meets customer expectations, diagnosing and performing machine repairs, and assisting with the training of new machine operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
• Good mechanical troubleshooting skills to resolve simple machine failures and ensure machines continue to operate.
• Basic computer skills to enter quality measurements and daily production numbers, and the ability to use simple quality devices such as gauges and calipers.
