Role

As a Set Up Technician Level 3 or 4 (also known as Equipment Technician, Injection Molding Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, programming, diagnosing, and repairing equipment. This role involves daily setup and processing of plastic injection molding equipment, troubleshooting molding defects, and ensuring all processes are documented according to specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent experience (4-5+ years of plastics experience).
• Technical experience with plastic injection molding required, along with hands-on experience with raw materials, mold set-up, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication, both written and verbal.
