Role

As a Machine Operator 1 (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of electronic products. You'll work from process sheets or instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks, ensuring operation against predetermined tolerances. You'll also be responsible for working with Surface Mount Technologies, operating multiple machines and workstations, creating and applying labels onto PCBs, and preparing reels and feeders for use on SMT machines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED OR 1 year of related work experience.
• Preferred a minimum of 1+ years of related experience in the machining or electronics field but not required.
• Proficient in machine setups for production runs, excellent communication skills, machine safety inspections, and blueprint reading.
