Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility, with a specific focus on HVAC systems. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment, interacting with fire protection systems, and utilizing various tools and equipment in the performance of duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC systems, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, drywall repair, painting, overhead doors, pumps, dock levelers, etc.
• Ability to interact with fire protection systems and multiple generator applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and tech manuals is a plus.
• Experience in operating multiple types of forklifts, walk behind lifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
