Role

Join our dedicated team as a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Production Operator, Compound Specialist). Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean work area, ensuring quality standards, operating and troubleshooting equipment, and accurately documenting actions. You'll also have the opportunity to step into a Training/Relief Operator role, providing support and training to other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow Standard Operating Procedures in English.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience with tool/die/mold setup, mechanical troubleshooting, plastic extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding.
• Forklift operation skills and physical ability to handle machine parts up to 50 pounds.
