    Role

    As a Project Coordinator (also known as Maintenance Project Coordinator, Production Project Coordinator), you'll play a critical role in the successful operation of our 2nd shift. You'll provide technical support, resolve production challenges, assist in organizing and implementing maintenance projects, and train staff. This role is hands-on and requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation fundamentals in an industrial setting.

    Qualifications

    • Over four years of related training and/or experience.
    • High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of six months of related mechanical/electrical experience.
    • Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Industrial Robot Programming.
    • Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), ERP Software, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
