Role
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), where you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work both independently and with a team to ensure facility uptime, maintain industrial control systems, and adhere to safety protocols. You may also fill in for a production operator as needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar maintenance environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience with shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
- Preferred experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries.
- Experience with variable frequency drive (VFD), servo drives, and servo motor, rotary equipment, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics processing is a plus.
