Role

As a Molding Process Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Process Technician), you'll be responsible for setting molds, operating machines, and ancillary equipment. You'll solve technical problems, mentor Process Technicians, and assist in developing scientific molding processes, robot parameters, fixtures, and validations. You'll also conduct testing and troubleshooting, assist in executing protocols for validations, and ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in injection molding setup and process.
• Proficiency in scientific injection molding process development, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and tool/die/mold setup experience.
