Role

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate (also known as Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operator), you'll manage the packing and shipping process, ensure quality control of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain a clean working area, and adhere to safety procedures. You'll also participate in company culture initiatives and continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and one-year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic data entry skills, strong customer relations skills, and ability to lift properly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively.
• Desirable skills include teamwork, organization, self-motivation, and basic computer knowledge.
