Role

As a Batch Maker/Compounder (also known as Material Blender, Production Mixer), you'll be responsible for the mixing and blending of materials in a batch processing environment. You'll follow specific instructions and procedures to ensure production is within specification, on schedule, and on time. You'll also maintain assigned equipment, manage raw materials, ensure quality control, and contribute to team efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED ideal.
• Experience in a related field; Completion of Batch Maker/Compounder training required.
• Current Forklift certification training.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make proper decisions.
• Mechanical aptitude with practical application skills.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking and actions.
