Role

As an Industrial Electronic Maintenance Technician (also known as Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Industrial Maintenance Mechanic), you'll conduct repairs and modifications to electrical fixtures, control equipment, and other machines. You'll also install or rebuild a variety of plant equipment and machines, diagnose problems, and perform necessary repairs. Your role will also involve dismantling, moving, and reassembling special purpose machines and equipment.

Qualifications

• Preferred –Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronic Degree, or related field. High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with and diagnosing problems within the electrical and/or mechanical components of large industrial machines.
• Ability to follow directions, read blueprints, sketches, and diagrams. Basic knowledge of transformers, motors, generators, drive equipment, and all phases of industrial electrical systems.
• Experience with Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics, PLC Wiring, Pipefitting Skills, and in a Manufacturing Environment.
• Proficiency with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
