Role

As a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Mill Operator, CNC Lathe Operator), you'll operate and maintain CNC Mill and Lathe machines, perform machine setups for production runs, interpret blueprints and engineering drawings, and collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. You'll also use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances, and program machines using G-Code and M-Code.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis) machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Ability to program machines using G-Code and M-Code.
• Experience with machine setups for production runs.
• Familiarity with machine brands such as Dmg Mori Seiki, Hurco, and Mazak.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability to work on the second shift.
