Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Maintenance Mechanic), you will be responsible for maintaining equipment availability through proactive, in-depth diagnosis and repair. This includes troubleshooting and repairing all manufacturing equipment, collaborating with team members, utilizing schematics and technical drawings, and making recommendations for resolving complicated and reoccurring problems. You may also act as a stand-in for the production operator when needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a high school diploma.
• 4+ years of field or comparable maintenance experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to read and comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Competence in the operation of shop equipment and use of precise measuring instruments.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics.
• Working knowledge of servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo motors.
• Exceptional ability to work with electrical systems, including 480VAC and 24VDC electricity.
