As a Human Resources Leader (also known as HR Manager, HR Business Partner), you'll work closely with the Chief Human Resource Officer to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for the company's human resources services, policies, and programs. You'll play a hands-on role in recruiting, retaining, developing, and rewarding top talent in a cost-efficient and compliant manner. You'll also lead the development, enhancement, and innovation of the company’s Human Resources Department in a fast-paced private equity environment, performing a wide range of duties for multiple locations.
