    Role

    As an Extrusion Line Operator and Blender (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Operator), you'll ensure the successful production of materials, adhere to safety policies, operate equipment at optimum performance, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Your role will be crucial in promoting workplace safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent, 2-year technical school or college certification preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, plastics extrusion/molding experience is a plus.
    • Proficiency in tool/die/mold setup, mechanical troubleshooting, twin screw compounding, and various plastics materials. Familiarity with injection molding and extrusion machines is required.
