Role

As a Machine Operator Level III (also known as CNC Machinist, Production Machine Operator), you'll independently set up programs, run and inspect parts while adjusting machine and tool conditions. You'll also maintain tolerances to ensure quality, identify CNC program issues, and recommend improvements. Additionally, you'll mentor and train other machine operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Machinist trade school, apprenticeship, and/or formal training in area of specialty preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and deburring experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve practical problems, and use basic shop math.
• Potential requirement to meet certain certifications in the field.
