    Role

    As an Industrial Maintenance Professional (also known as Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Engineer), you'll promote safety, ensure compliance with regulations, partner with customers for engineered solutions, identify opportunities for equipment replacement, champion operating systems and best practices, and collaborate with the maintenance team on predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies. You'll also perform failure mode & effects analysis, train and mentor on Work Execution Management, and collaborate with leadership on KPI alignment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience (ex. heavy industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations experience).
    • Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
    • Proficiency in Predictive Technology, RCA, RCM & FMEA.
    • Vibration I Certification and Infrared I Certification.
    • Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
    • Robust problem solving, mathematical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications, including Microsoft Office.
    • Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships.
    • Demonstrated Leadership skills and experience collaborating with cross functional teams.
