Role

As a Process Technician or Mold Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Tooling Technician), you'll ensure the efficient operation of injection molding machines, tooling, and equipment. You'll perform mold changes, set up auxiliary equipment for new production runs, and aim for zero defects and no unscheduled downtime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in plastics and troubleshooting injection molding preferred.
• Experience in mold set-ups and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Robotics experience and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand at a machine for an entire shift, perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50lbs.
