Role

As a Process Technician (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up, starting, troubleshooting, and producing solar products. You'll maintain photovoltaic module recipes, monitor standard operating procedures, and analyze and improve process abnormalities. You'll also train junior personnel, support material supplier qualification, and ensure all activities adhere to ethical standards and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical) combined with relevant work experience is preferred.
• 1+ years' experience as a technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment (photovoltaic industry preferred).
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical components preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and other applications for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently.
