Role

As a 2nd Shift Operator (also known as Production Technician, Manufacturing Associate), you'll be part of the manufacturing process, operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, and interacting with team members and engineers. This role operates on a 2nd shift schedule (3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with skills in machine setups for production runs, mechanical troubleshooting, and quality inspection.
• Proficiency in using measurement gauges, forklifts, surface grinders, calipers, and micrometers.
• Strong language skills to read, understand, and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
