Role

As a Quality Control Specialist (also known as Quality Assurance Specialist, Logistics Quality Analyst), you'll be responsible for account-specific quality control for a key account in a major international logistics company. Your duties will include planning the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, identifying and reporting irregularities, directing volume for quick turnaround and delivery times, resolving problems, and communicating with local and overseas stations. You'll also handle operational activities related to designated customer accounts, including import handling, documentation, load quality, inventory management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Above average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in GD&T, Blueprint Reading, and Quality Control Data Analysis.
