Role

As a Spotter (also known as a Rail Vehicle Movement Specialist), you will support all rail vehicle movement throughout a large, solar-powered facility. This includes walking with transportation equipment, watching for clearance around all obstacles, and communicating with other spotters and equipment operators via radio. You will also prepare transportation equipment to transport rail vehicles, secure rail vehicles with special tie-down methods, and perform visual inspections and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school education, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years minimum experience groundwork in equipment operations.
• Experience in all forms of rigging and tie downs.
